Nice building and rooms with a kitchenette.

No reason to complain, the venue met requirements. Everything was fine, had a pleasant stay for incredible service during a recent stay. The breakfast was free with numerous selections and offered cereal, hot waffles, fruit and coffee. The location in a relaxing area was decent and quiet and there were a market and a bakery nearby.

Loved New York City, the hotel was perfect in proximity to top NYC tourist spots. Delicious breakfast was a bonus. The location turned out to be marvellous and phenomenal, next to the fields, Central Park. Everything was simply excellent.

The units were well-equipped with very comfortable beds.

Perfect for a solo adventurer

The breakfast was pretty good, hot options like eggs and breakfast sausage were a surprise. I really appreciated that I could opt out of daily cleaning to save on towels and it.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what I got.

Close to the center, there was a good view from the window.

I loved that it was just a quick 15-minute walk to Central Park and only about 20 minutes from the bright lights of Times Square, making it really convenient to explore the city on foot while enjoying the nearby parks and landmarks like the American Museum of Natural History.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Lincoln Center and a variety of dining options. Rooms are clean and equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. There's no ice machine available, which requires some extra effort if you want ice.

I loved the well-maintained breakfast buffet, which had plenty of hot dishes. Our room, although small, was cozy and perfect for our needs. The happy hour drinks were generous and hit the spot after a long day!

The King Room with City View was small yet pristine and quiet were nice. Plus, the location was unbeatable. We were just a short walk from famous spots like Lincoln Center.

The hotel features modern decor with clean lines and is easily accessible. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were always there to assist with my needs and luggage .

The hotel also has a great lounge area and a fitness room. The only downside was a little cramped space for my stuff, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

Limited storage space in the room. I had to live out of my suitcase because there wasn't enough hanging space for my clothes. The staff's demeanor varied. While some were friendly, others were less engaging. A more consistent attitude would enhance the overall experience.

The room was comfortable, and the beds were plush. We really enjoyed the nearby Central Park, perfect for a fun-filled day with my grandson.

The wait times were a bit much.
